A South Dakota group has purchased property in Clive that includes a two-story office building constructed in 2003, Polk County real estate records show.

Terveen Manufactured Homes LLC,  located in Harrisburg, S.D., a Sioux Falls suburb, paid $11.5 million for the 5.3-acre parcel located at 1275 N.W. 128th St. in Clive, records show.  (Photo at right courtesy of Loopnet.com.) Sellers were Galloway Holdings LLC, TBJ LLC, Moon4Win LLC, Fade Group LLC and Beth Capit al LLC. The South Dakota firm has purchased other properties in Central Iowa in the past 18 months. Most recently it  bought a retail shopping center  near Jordan Creek Parkway in West Des Moines. The Clive property includes the Class B office building with 61,180 square feet of space, according to Loopnet.com. The property, valued at $9.4 million, includes 339 surface parking spaces.
