NLCRPD patrols arrested a subject identified as HOOVER ROLAND, age 35, of the 200 block of West Burkholder Road, Ephrata, PA (Clay Township) on an outstanding domestic relations warrant that was issued by the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas. The subject was arrested and transported in accordance with NLCRPD written policy directives to meet a deputy from the Office of the Lancaster County Sheriff where the subject was relinquished to the Office of the Sheriff custody.
